These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MobiTrack24 mobile apps and website (the “Service”), operated by MobiTrack24. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Corporate/fleet account owners are responsible for the sub-users they invite and for ensuring those sub-users have appropriate authorization to view the tracked vehicles.

2. Lawful use of location tracking

MobiTrack24 is designed to track vehicles and assets that you own, lease, or are otherwise legally authorized to track (e.g. company fleet vehicles, or a vehicle you have express, informed consent to monitor). You agree that you will:

• Only install tracking devices on, or enable phone-as-tracker for, vehicles and devices you own or have documented authorization to track.
• Obtain any consent required by applicable law before tracking a vehicle used or driven by another person (for example, notifying employees that a company vehicle is GPS-tracked, where required).
• Not use the Service to stalk, harass, or monitor any person without lawful authority and, where applicable, their consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used to track a vehicle or person without proper authorization.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Failure to pay may result in suspension of tracking, alerting, or reporting features for the affected devices. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including its APIs or live tracking infrastructure).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, vehicle, or organization's data.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including surveillance, privacy, or telecommunications law.

5. Public share links

The Service allows account owners to generate public links that expose a vehicle's live location to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for deciding to create such links and for revoking them when no longer needed.

6. Accuracy and availability

Location accuracy depends on GPS signal, cellular connectivity, and third-party hardware outside our control. The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that tracking data will be free of delay or error, and the Service should not be relied upon as the sole means of ensuring the safety of a person or vehicle.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the tracking features, or fail to pay applicable fees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobiTrack24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses resulting from tracking inaccuracies, notification delays, or third-party hardware failures.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
